VOLUNTEER AT THE CONFERENCE!
Volunteering at the annual conference is a great way make connections and contribute to the success of this event. Please indicate your interest in volunteering on the registration form when you register, or reach out to conference@ncace.org to let the planning team know you're interested!
Registration/Check-in
Assist conference goers with checking in, provide name badges, conference packets, etc.
Breakout Presentation Host
Introduce speakers and collect evaluations for assigned breakout sessions.
Networking Dinner Host
Meet networking dinner attendees at the hotel and lead them to the assigned restaurant. Encourage conversation and networking amongst dinner attendees.
Hospitality Suite
Ensure that food and drink is stocked in the Hospitality Suite.
NC A-List Conference Group Leader
As an NC A-List Group Leader, you'll be responsible for connecting and engaging with a small group of 2-3 NC A-Listers (new members and first time conference attendees) throughout the conference. Your guidance and enthusiasm will help them navigate the conference, make new connections, and fully immerse themselves in the NCACE experience. This is a light lift!
