The NCACE Operations Academy is an experience that begins in May with virtual trainings and ends with a late July in-person working session. This academy is intended to provide professionals currently employed at a career center with a deeper understanding of strategic planning, operations, budgeting, and human resource management with the context of a career center through a simulated experience.

Target Audience: professionals currently employed at a career center. Not recommended for graduate assistants or those under one year of experience.
Time Commitment: pre-work will consist of 3-4 videos, 2 all participant meetings, and a final "in-person" session in July. In person working session will be held on July 28th 10am – 2pm and light refreshments/pizza will be available. We encourage you to meet up with your fellow participants for breakfast before!
