LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

The NCACE Leadership Institute is a 2-day intensive experience designed to provide members with the key strategies and techniques to effectively run an organization and to provide low-cost professional development for those who find themselves in a leadership role or have leadership aspirations.  In this dynamic and collaborative Institute experience, participants will learn about common approaches, tools, and methods used by professionals across North Carolina for developing staff and sustainable organizations. This program is also intended to provide colleagues with professional development to add to their own careers.

This training is open to:

 ・All collegiate and employer members of NCACE

 ・Those with the ability and willingness to meet training program expectations

 ・Individuals interested in progressing to the next level in career services/recruiting or jumping into the profession

The 2025 Leadership Institute will take place at Blue Cross Blue Shield NC on March 13-14, 2025.

Address:  4615 University Drive, Durham, NC 

Cost: $100 – includes coffee and lunch on both days

Space is limited and the application deadline is Friday, January 24, 2025.

We request that all applicants commit to participating in all sessions for the duration of the event.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by early February. A formal registration requesting payment will be provided to accepted members. Suggestions for local hotel accommodations near Blue Cross Blue Shield NC as well as meal requests will be sent to participants after the application has been approved.
