Dear Members of the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers (NCACE): 

It is an honor to step into this role and lead NCACE alongside a community of professionals I respect so deeply. Over the years, this organization has built an incredible foundation in career development, recruitment, and student success. I am incredibly eager to build on that legacy, ensuring NCACE remains a space where you find not only inspiration and support, but the strategic connections that move our field forward.

Our work across business, industry, government, and higher education has never been more vital. As we enter this next chapter, we aren't starting from scratch—we are scaling the success you’ve already created. We will continue to champion the innovative, cross-sector practices that elevate employment opportunities and enrich professional development for our members and the students who rely on us.

A leader is only as strong as the community they serve. As we embark on this year together, I encourage you to stay actively engaged—join us at events, share your unique perspectives, and challenge us with new ideas. Your voice is essential as we shape what comes next.
